Laser Treatment for Facial Capillaries & Rosacea
Facial Capillary Treatment (Laser Therapy)
Visible red veins (telangiectasia) on the nose, cheeks, and chin are often caused by sun damage, aging, or Rosacea. Creams cannot remove these broken vessels; laser therapy is the only effective solution. We use advanced vascular lasers (such as Nd:YAG or IPL) that specifically target the hemoglobin (red pigment) in the blood. The laser energy heats and collapses the vessel walls without damaging the surface of the skin. The body then naturally absorbs the collapsed vessel, leaving behind clear, even-toned skin.
Frequently Asked Questions
Most patients describe the sensation as a rubber band snapping against the skin. It is generally well-tolerated. We use cooling systems to soothe the skin immediately during the laser pulses.
Small, thin vessels may disappear instantly after just one session. However, for extensive redness or Rosacea, a course of 2 to 4 sessions is usually required for optimal clearance.
You may have some redness or mild swelling for 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, the treated vessel may look darker (bruised) for a few days before it fades away completely.
Yes. Vascular lasers are non-ablative, meaning they do not thin the skin. In fact, by reducing chronic inflammation (redness), they can help improve overall skin health.
Please note that 2026 pricing varies depending on the size of the area treated and the laser technology used. A personalized treatment protocol and exact cost will be determined by our doctor during your consultation.
