Ulthera (Micro-Focused Ultrasound)
Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared non-invasive procedure to lift the skin on the neck, under the chin, and on the eyebrow. It uses Micro-Focused Ultrasound energy to bypass the surface of the skin and deliver heat directly to the SMAS layer—the deep structural layer that plastic surgeons lift during a facelift. By heating this deep tissue, it stimulates the production of fresh, new collagen, resulting in a significant lifting and tightening effect over time.

The beauty of Ultherapy is that it is typically a single-session treatment. One treatment triggers a collagen regeneration process that lasts for 12 to 18 months.
You may see some initial lifting, but the real results appear over 2 to 3 months as your body builds new collagen. The improvement can continue for up to 6 months.
There can be some discomfort (a deep heating sensation) while the ultrasound energy is being delivered. We use painkillers or topical anesthetics to manage this comfort.
It is ideal for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity (loose skin on the neck or jawline) who want to “stay ahead of the game” but are not ready for surgery.
